NOTICE OF U.S. MARSHAL’S SALE OF DOCUMENTED VESSEL
By virtue of and in execution of the Order of Sale of Money for Nothin dated December 5,
2025, and entered by the U.S. District Court in Docket No. 1:25-cv-l 10-JAW, the United States
Marshal shall sell the vessel Money For Nothin (O.N. 1177594), her engines, machinery,
equipment, masts, sails, etc., at a Public Sale at 3 p.m. on January 28,2026 at Central Maine
Auction Center, 44 Concord Drive, Hermon, Maine 04401.

Terms of Sale: The Vessel, above described, will be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” WITHOUT
ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, as to the condition of die property or the status of
title, to the party who has the highest bid. A deposit, in cash or certified funds, of Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($15,000.00) is required in order to bid. The required deposit to bid is Certified checks
must be made payable to the U.S. Marshal. The deposit of the successful bidder will be retained by
the U.S. Marshal as a non-refundable, non-interest bearing down payment to be applied to the
purchase price. Bar Harbor Bank & Trust will be permitted to submit a credit bid, including a junior
bid. The bidder to whom the property is sold must sign a purchase and sale agreement with the U.S.
Marshal for a closing on or before February 20,2026, at which time the balance will be due in cash
or by certified or cashier’s check (or equivalent), and the U.S. Marshal shall then deliver a duly
executed Quitclaim Bill of Sale for the Vessel. In the event that the highest bidder fails to close
pursuant to the purchase and sale agreement, the deposit will be retained by the U.S. Marshal, and
the Vessel may be sold to the next highest bidder.
